Andrew Bell

CEO,
Regional & City Airports

Andrew is an experienced airport director and senior executive with a track record of over 15 years delivering effective change and rapid improvement in airport efficiency, profitability and investment activity. He is a member of the board of the Airport Operators Association, the voice of UK airport industry, and has held external stakeholder roles covering issues including regional transport planning and the promotion of the UK’s regional airports.

Kate Cook

Chief Financial Officer,
Regional & City Airports

With more than 10 years’ experience working as a finance lead in the airport industry, Kate was appointed as RCA's Finance Director & Company Secretary in 2014. Playing an active role in the division's expansion, including the acquisitions of Exeter and Bournemouth Airports, she is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Clive Coleman

Contracts Director,
Regional & City Airports

Clive has over 40 years of airport and airfield experience, launching his career with the Royal Airforce's construction and project teams developing a range of airfield survival measures. He subsequently held multiple roles both at London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports before forming RCA where he oversees development and investment, commercial operations, corporate aviation division and strategic planning.

Steve Szalay

Chief Operating Officer,
Regional & City Airports

Steve has enjoyed successful careers in both Aviation and the British Army. In a 20 year career, he attended Staff College, became a Commanding Officer of a REME Battalion and served in Afghanistan. Since 2012 he has seen aviation through the lenses of a handler, an airline and airports. Working for dnata at LHR, Jet2 and latterly at AGS Airports running Aberdeen and then Southampton, where he successfully extended the runway.

Steve Gill

Managing Director,
Bournemouth Airport

With 40 years’ experience in the aviation industry, Steve was previously Peel Airport’s Chief Executive Officer for Doncaster Sheffield Airport and Durham Tees Valley Airport. He held senior roles with responsibility for the strategic development and management of group airports, initially based at Liverpool John Lennon Airport in the North West. An engineer by background, he started his career with British Aerospace in Bristol.

Stephen Wiltshire

Managing Director,
Exeter Airport

Stephen has more than 20 years’ experience in airport operations and management. He started his career as a British Aerospace apprentice at Filton near Bristol, going on to become operations and facilities manager. He was formerly Operations Director at Blackpool Airport prior to joining Exeter in 2009.

Richard Pace

Managing Director,
Norwich Airport

Richard has over 30 years of aviation industry experience and joined Norwich Airport from the RAF as an air traffic controller in 1995. During his time at Norwich Richard’s experience has spanned all aspects of airport operations, including air traffic control examiner, air traffic services and general operations.
